Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction

TrendTag (the "Service") is an SNS analytics service provided by Reaplus Inc. ("we", "us"). This page explains how to delete data stored in the Service.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account or disconnect an SNS account, the following data stored in the Service is deleted.

  • Account information (email address)
  • SNS connection information and access/refresh tokens
  • Post and video listings and metadata (post ID, thumbnail URL, posted date, permalink)
  • Performance metrics (likes, comments, saves, shares, plays, reach, impressions)
  • Daily follower count snapshots
  • Comments, tagged posts, and mentions
  • Audience attributes (aggregated age, gender, location, active hours, and similar statistics)
  • Hashed monthly report share links
  • The TikTok industry category you selected. Stored industry averages are shared aggregates that do not identify you, and are deleted when no remaining connected account still uses that category

Audience attributes are aggregated statistics. We do not collect or store information that identifies individual followers.

3. How to Delete Your Data

(a) Delete via Settings (immediate)

After logging in, go to the Settings page (/settings) and select "Delete account". When deletion completes, all data linked to your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

(b) Request deletion by email

If you cannot use Settings, send a deletion request from your registered email address to info@reaplus.jp. We will verify your identity and process the request.

For email requests, deletion is typically completed within 14 business days.

4. Disconnect an SNS Account Only

You can disconnect a specific SNS account without deleting your TrendTag account. Go to the Settings page (/settings) and select "Disconnect" for that account. After disconnection, data obtained for that SNS account (posts, metrics, follower snapshots, and similar data) is deleted from our system.

5. Revoke Access on the Platform

In addition to deleting data in the Service, you can revoke the app's access on Instagram or TikTok.

Instagram

In the Instagram app or browser, go to Settings → Accounts Center → Apps and websites to revoke TrendTag's access.

TikTok

In the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services to revoke TrendTag's access.

Revoking access on the platform alone does not automatically delete data already stored in the Service. To delete data in the Service, follow section 3 or section 4 above.
