These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set the conditions for using TrendTag (the "Service"), an SNS analytics service provided by Reaplus Inc. (the "Operator", "we", "us"). You ("you", the "user") use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
By registering an account or using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is currently offered as a beta, free of charge. No fee applies to use during the beta period.
The beta is provided as is. We do not warrant merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of analytics. The scope of the disclaimer is set out in Section 9.
During the beta we may change the specifications of the Service, or end all or part of it. Changes and suspension are governed by Section 8.
We may move the beta to a general release. On that move we may charge a fee and change features, usage limits, and other conditions. If we introduce a fee, we will state the conditions on the Service before the fee applies. Free use and the limits during the beta are not guaranteed to remain the same after the general release. If you do not agree to the changed conditions, stop using the Service before they apply. If you keep using the Service after the change, you are deemed to agree to the changed conditions.
The Service lets people in a workspace connect Instagram and TikTok accounts they can authorize with OAuth, and view follower trends, post and video performance, and engagement data.
People in a workspace (owner, member, and viewer) can view data for the SNS accounts connected to that workspace, within the permissions of their role. If a viewer is assigned specific accounts, that viewer can view only those accounts. A viewer with no assignment can view the accounts connected to that workspace. Someone who is not in the workspace cannot view that data, except through a share link described in this section.
Connecting an SNS account requires OAuth authorization of that account. If another workspace later connects the same SNS account, past data the Service has already collected and stored for that account is shown to the later workspace for the full period stored in the Service. The Service has no feature to collect a third party's account data without OAuth authorization of that account.
You may create a time-limited share link for a monthly report. Anyone who knows the link can view that report with no TrendTag account and no login. The link expires at the time chosen when it was created, and cannot be viewed after it expires. When you revoke a link, it is cancelled and can no longer be viewed. You are responsible for creating, distributing, and revoking share links. People who only view a share link are not counted as workspace members.
We send a weekly or monthly digest email to your registered address only if you turn that on in Settings. Digests are off by default (opt-in). Anomaly alerts (a sudden drop in followers, or a post far above the account average) are on by default, including email, and you can change them in Settings. When an account needs to be reconnected, we may email your registered address. How we handle email and other personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The Service may change without notice because it depends on external APIs and the features those APIs make available.
During the beta, one workspace may connect up to 10 SNS accounts and have up to 5 members. The member count includes pending invitations. Members are counted by email address, without counting the same address twice. People who only view a share link are not counted as members. Reconnecting an account that is already connected to the same workspace does not add another connection toward the limit.
A new connection beyond the workspace limit is not accepted. When the Service as a whole has reached its acceptance limit, a new connection is placed in a queue. While it is in the queue, that connection is not included in the daily sync.
We may change these limits for a particular workspace.
To use the Service, you must register an account. Registration and authentication are carried out in the manner prescribed by the Operator. You must provide accurate and current information when you register, and update it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for the credentials used for registration and authentication, and you must not disclose, lend, or share them with any third party. We are not liable for damage caused by unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You must not do any of the following when using the Service:
If you violate these prohibitions, we may suspend or delete your account.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service's systems, design, logo, text, code, and all other content belong to the Operator. Except as these Terms expressly allow, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse that content.
Copyright and other rights in Instagram and TikTok content shown in the Service (images, videos, text, and so on) belong to the people who created that content or to the respective platforms. The Operator does not claim rights in that content.
We may change the Service, or suspend it temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Changes or suspension caused by specification changes, discontinuation, or outages of the Instagram (Meta Platforms) or TikTok APIs may be outside our control.
We will try to notify you in advance of material changes or permanent discontinuation. If the change is urgent or caused by an external factor, we may make it without prior notice.
The accuracy, completeness, and freshness of analytics in the Service depend on the Instagram (Meta Graph API) and TikTok APIs. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from those APIs. The beta disclaimer in Section 2 applies together with this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for damage you incur from using the Service, including inaccurate data, suspension, or changes to external APIs. This does not apply to damage caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We may change these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to agree to the revised Terms.
For material changes, including changes to the beta, sharing inside a workspace, the range of past data that is shown, or usage limits, we announce them by posting them on this page and updating the last updated date. Please check this page from time to time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
